Artificial intelligence is more than a technological shift - it is a political and organizational one. This course examines how AI is reshaping power in business, government, and society. Each week we take up a big question about AI and power: How will people and firms actually use AI, and how will this create new kinds of power? Who will ultimately control AI's development and deployment? How should companies reinvent their internal governance for AI? Can democracy survive in the age of AI? Will AI make us smarter? Through case discussions, debates, and real-world examples, students will analyze the strategic choices facing firms, policymakers, and citizens as AI becomes fused into society. The goal is to equip future leaders not just to adopt AI, but to understand the political and governance challenges that will determine who wins and who loses in the AI era.
