Catalog description

The field of Environmental Health Sciences applies concepts from biology, toxicology, chemistry, risk assessment, and public health for the prevention and control of environmental hazards that pose a risk to human health and safety. This breadth course is designed to help graduate and medical students gain a general understanding and set of competencies in the domains central to the field and describe how environmental exposures affect human health.
