Principles and quantitative methods of engineering economics, decision analysis, and policy analysis to analyze proposals for sustainable energy systems. Engineering analysis, decision analysis and economic analysis to formulate and address energy system problems. We will use methods of benefit-cost and cost-effectiveness analysis, microeconomics, distributional metrics, risk analysis methods, sensitivity and uncertainty analysis, multi-attribute utility theory, and simulation and optimization.
