This course examines advanced ideas in test design and the use and interpretation of test scores. Topics include: developing strategies for constructing interpretive test validity arguments, establishing theoretical and empirical sources of evidence of validity in assessment, and evaluating the quality of technical reports on testing instruments and assessment programs.
