Report on Civil Engineering Practical Training

Catalog description

On-the-job training under the guidance of experienced, on-site supervisors; meets the requirements for Curricular Practical Training (CPT) for students on F-1 visas. Students must submit a concise research report outlining work activities, problems worked on, and key results. Prerequisite: qualified offer of employment and consent of CEE adviser. Must follow all Bechtel Center policies. Please email advisor approval to Morgan at [email protected] to receive a permission number to enroll in this course. Please note: first year CEE-PHD students are not eligible to do an internship/CPT their first summer quarter per CEE Dept policy.
