Real Estate Development and Finance presented by industry guest speakers. Executives from different Real Estate companies will give an overview of their business and projects. (Residential, Retail, Commercial, Mixed Used, REITs, Redevelopment Projects, Affordable Housing, public and private real estate companies, real estate funds, etc.). Short Real Estate Case Studies will be given as homework. Two optional field trips. Instructor consent required to enroll in the class.
