Introduction to the Real Estate Development Process from conception, feasibility analysis, due diligence, entitlements, planning, financing, market analysis, contract negotiation, construction, marketing, asset management and disposition. Pro-forma and Financial modeling in Real Estate. Financing options for different types of Real Estate projects and products. Redevelopment projects. Affordable Housing. The class will combine lectures, case studies, field work (Group Project) and guest speakers. Recommended knowledge of spreadsheets. Instructor consent required to enroll in the class.
