Multimodal Biomarker Discovery in Neuroscience

This one week course explores principles and applications of multimodal biomarker discovery in neuroscience. Participants will learn to integrate diverse data types including neuroimaging, genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and epigenomics to identify biomarkers for diagnosis, prognosis, and therapeutic response. The curriculum covers experimental design, data acquisition strategies, harmonization of heterogeneous datasets, statistical and machine learning approaches, and biological validation methods. Through case studies spanning neurological disorders, participants will gain experience in multimodal data analysis and interpretation. This interdisciplinary training equips researchers with essential skills for advancing precision medicine and translational research in neuroscience.
