However, the problem initially chosen and subsequent course adjustments made along the project's decision tree, have an outsize influence on its likelihood of success and ultimate impact. This course will establish a framework for choosing problems and navigating a project's decision tree, emphasizing the role of intuition-building exercises and a stepwise analysis of assumptions. No prior knowledge is required.
