This course seeks to prepare students to lead Frosh 101 and Transfer 101. In UAR 194A, students are exposed to the research behind the program's approach and goals, with time devoted to practice skills for inclusive facilitation. Prerequisite: This course is only open to students who have been accepted as program co-leads for Frosh 101 and Transfer 101.
