Catalog description

The improvisational theater techniques that teach spontaneity, cooperation, team building, and rapid problem solving, emphasizing common sense, attention to reality, and helping your partner. Based on TheatreSports by Keith Johnstone. Readings, papers, and attendance at performances of improvisational theater. Limited enrollment. You will be eligible for a spot in class if you show up on Day 1, and notified of whether you are in the class or not by Friday of Week 1. All attendees will be in the same pool, there is no ordered waitlist, so please do plan to attend Day 1 (or notify us if you cannot).
