How Can We Live with Exceptional Energy in the Age of Artificial Intelligence? This course is built for individuals who want to elevate their physical, mental, social, and spiritual vitality while performing at the highest level. Students will develop a powerful set of skills focused on enhancing their long-term performance through experiential learning and evidence-based frameworks Students learn elite time-management strategies, sleep optimization, stress resilience, and methods to strengthen meaningful relationships. A defining feature of the course is the creation of a personal Vitality Action Plan. The goal is to align one's values, goals, and aspirations with demanding careers and complex lives Students consistently rank the elite guest speakers as a course highlight. This year features the former commander of Navy SEAL Team Five, a world-renowned sleep physician and a Harvard Medical School professor who was an All-American athlete at Stanford. Each speaker will share candid life insights and lead small-group discussions on the eight pillars of vitality The course uniquely blends storytelling, expert insights, and actionable lessons to significantly enhance students' personal and professional lives. Previous students who completed the course had an 18% increase in their overall vitality. The curriculum was created by Dr. Allan Mishra, Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor of Orthopedic Surgery and author of Dare To Be Vital.
