Pathophysiology and Clinical Medicine II ( PAS 233) is the second of a four-quarter series that presents organ system-based physiology, pathology, and pathophysiology. Each organ-specific block will review basic anatomy and related histology, normal function of that organ system, how the organ system is affected in response to disease, and how diseases of the organ system are treated. In PAS 233, the focus is on the structure, function, disease, and corresponding therapeutics of nephrology, genitourologic, hematology/oncology, and gastroenterology, This course is offered to students enrolled in the Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies program only.Prerequisite: Successful completion of PAS 232This course is offered to students enrolled in the Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies program only.
