Catalog description

The goal of this course is to provide a comprehensive introduction to the theory and practice of pricing and revenue management, an area that is sometimes referred to as the art and science of selling the right product to the right person at the right price. The course will consist of a set of lectures that will cover the theoretical fundamentals of the area as well as an overview of state-of-the-art research developments through the presentation and discussion of recent papers. Students will be expected to read and discuss critically recent papers in the area as well as engage in a research project related to the area.
