VISITING: Closed to visitors. TYPE OF CLERKSHIP: Elective. DESCRIPTION: Provides the opportunity for a student to gain a highly personalized clinical experience within the field of Gynecology and Obstetrics, with a clinical focus that can be individualized and decided upon by the student and a faculty preceptor in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics. For a clerkship experience in Prenatal Genetics and Obstetrics, please contact clinical preceptor Katherine Bianco, MD. For a clerkship experience in Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology, please contact clinical preceptor Nichole Tyson, MD. For all inquiries or clerkship ideas/requests, please also contact the Clerkship Director Cynthia DeTata, M.D. Please note: Students cannot add 398A clerkships directly to their MEP clerkship schedules through the regular shuffles.
