Catalog description

This course covers auction theory, bargaining theory, and related parts of the pricing literature primarily. Key classic papers covered in the course include Myerson and Satterthwaite on bargaining, Myerson on optimal auctions, and Milgrom and Weber's paper on auctions with independent values and Bulow's work on the Coase Conjecture. We also cover a few more recent developments related to these topics.
