Catalog description

This course will provide a basic foundation in the conceptual frameworks, research perspectives and practical considerations of policy origination, interpretation/implementation and organizational behavior management within public organizations. The emphasis will be on critical thinking and a problem solving approach to improving organizational performance. Course content is guided by the practical aspects of theory, research, best practices, and the past and current real world experience of managers.<br><br>Admission to Public Policy and Administration (Bachelor of Science) (PPA-BS) or Admission to Paralegal Studies (Bachelor of Applied Science) (LEGAL-BAS)
