Catalog description
This course is an examination of strategic planning in public and nonprofit organizations. The student will learn how strategic planning can guide and strengthen the effectiveness of an organization¿s performance. The ten step Strategy Change Cycle is introduced as an effective planning approach to accomplish strategic and operational planning in organizations.<br><br>Admission to Public Safety Administration (Bachelor of Applied Science) (PSA-BAS) or Admission to Paralegal Studies (Bachelor of Applied Science) (LEGAL-BAS) or Admission to Public Policy and Administration (Bachelor of Science) (PPA-BS)
