<p>This course details the processes and management techniques for empowering creativity and innovation in the workplace. This course explores the challenges of managing and team building in creative workspaces, whether it be for new product development, continuous process improvement, creative problem solving, or strategic planning for small organizations to large multinationals. Creative workspaces are often characterized by tension, stress, and intense disputes. This course will lead students to understand, apply, and create positive work environments that encourage and promote innovation. The class consists of lectures, case studies, and discussion.</p><br><br>Admission to Management and Organizational Leadership (Bachelor of Applied Science) (MGTORG-BAS) or Admission to Corporate Entrepreneurship & Innovation (Advanced Technical Certificate with Financial Aid Eligibility) (COENTR-ATC)
