Catalog description

This course requires students to relate supply chain best practices to organizational performance. Students will integrate the functional roles of sales, purchasing, supply chain, and operations in order to make tactical decisions with the objective of improving organizational performance. Students will apply theory and best practices from prerequisite courses across integrated supply chain decisions to implement a plan to achieve effective supply chain performance. Key performance indicators will be used to evaluate performance in a realistic business simulation so students can experience the results of their supply chain decisions in a practical manner.<br><br>No Requisites Required
