This course presents the concepts, principles, techniques and best practice framework, of how information technology (IT) resources should be organized to deliver business value. In this course students will create an information technology (IT) services management strategy by documenting the processes, functions and roles that focuses on aligning IT services with the needs of business and prepares students for the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification.<br><br>Admission to Technology Development and Management (Bachelor of Applied Science) (TMGT-BAS)
