<p>This course covers the knowledge and basic skills required to enter the field of medical office management. The course focuses on health care delivery in a medical office setting.Topics include an introduction to health care management information systems, an introduction to essential policies and regulations, and an introduction to evaluation of performance and process outcomes. (Note: By course completion, the student must submit proof of current CPR certification valid for 2 years that covers cardiac and breathing emergencies in adults, including the use of AED, &amp; infant/child CPR.
