Catalog description
Laboratory practice in emergency procedures for life-threatening disease, accident, or illness is closely supervised to foster confidence in the student's abilities to apply theory in a laboratory setting. Techniques for patient assessment, evaluation and treatment are practiced in an assessment-based format in a laboratory setting.<br><br>Prerequisite "American Heart Association BLS Provider" CPR card. and Pre- or Co-requisite EMS 1119 and Pre- or Co-requisite EMS 1411
