Intro to Android Programming

Catalog description

This is an introductory course in Android application development for smartphones and tablets. Students will use the Android Software Development Kit (SDK) with Java and Android Studio developer tools to create and test apps on the Android emulator and on their own Android devices. Topics include user interface layouts and views, activities, intents, fragments, data persistence with files and SQLite databases.
