Catalog description

This course explores peacemaking and the lifestyle of nonviolence as integral to the Christian vocation and as resources and strategies for addressing the violence in ourselves, our culture, and our world. Figures such as Jesus, Gandhi, and Martin Luther King, Jr. are considered along with contemporary practitioners of nonviolent peacemaking. Prerequisites TH 1301 or SMC 1314 or HO 1305 .
