Catalog description

This course considers themes including the nature of religious experience and the holy; the definition of the meaning of spiritual life; the presentation of how spiritual life has been imaged by Christians in the past, as well as aids for a spiritual life including: dialoguing with scripture and tradition, spiritual direction and spiritual friendship, prayer, liturgy, and sacraments in the spiritual life. Prerequisites TH 1301 or HO 1305 .
