Catalog description

The Forensic Science Capstone is the culminating experience for forensic science majors, integrating knowledge and skills acquired throughout the program. Students will engage in an approved professional, research, or shadowing experience in a forensic or related scientific setting. Each student will develop a Capstone plan, maintain documentation of their work, reflect critically on their experiences, and present their findings. Capstones must be approved and monitored by a faculty advisor and include both experiential and reflective components. Prerequisites: BL 1401 & BL 1402 and CH 1401 & CH1402, CR3335 OR permission of the instructor.
