Catalog description

Prosthetics and Orthotics addresses the opportunity for students to understand the relationship between disease, trauma and congenital anomalies and assistive technology. This course overviews the intersections of biomedical engineering, and clinical prosthetics and orthotics rehabilitation. Demonstrations of assistive technology, patient devices and research are provided.
