Catalog description

This course covers topics in engineering statistics including descriptive statistics, probability and probability distributions, statistical tests, and confidence intervals for one and two samples, regression models, designing and analyzing engineering experiments. The focus is on the application of statistics to a variety of problems in the context of engineering and management decisions. (Fall) Prerequisite: MT2413.
