Analyses of U.S. Constitutional Law, with an emphasis on the First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Eight, and Fourteenth Amendments. Special attention will be given to the application of Constitutional doctrine in policing, criminal investigations, trial procedures, and corrections. (Prerequisite CR 3324 or CR 3325).
