Catalog description
A study of the consolidation process for parent and subsidiary relationships, both domestic and foreign, using the entity theory approach of accounting for business combinations. Additionally, students will learn the accounting for governmental entities, partnerships, and foreign transactions. Prerequisites: EC 2301 , EC 2303 , MT 1305 or MT 1411 or MT 2412 , MT 2306 or MT 2303 , AC 3310 , AC 3320 , completion or concurrent enrollment in AC 3330 . (Fall only).
