Catalog description
This course focuses on the human side of project management. Students will learn the principles, concepts, and theories of group formation and dynamics, and will learn how to turn groups into teams. They will learn the qualities, attributes, and skills needed to successfully manage, lead, and motivate project teams. In addition, students will learn effective interpersonal communication skills, leadership strategies, conflict resolution skills, and how to guide and influence others.
