Catalog description
This course develops students' spoken fluency, pronunication, listening comprehension, and conversational confidence through American culture and everday communication. During the Saturday morning session, students prepare for the afternoon practical class by practicing the language, phrases, questions, and cultural expectations they will use in real-world settings Students build confidence using natural English through role-play, idioms, common expressions, pronunciation practice, and guided speaking activities. Emphasis is placed on active participation, intercultural awareness, and the ability to communicate clearly and appropriately beyond the classroom.
