Catalog description

This course examines the integration and security of emerging techologies, including IoT, AI, blockchain, and quantum computing, in critical infrastruture systems. Students will evaluate the risks and opportunities of these technologies, apply security frameworks like NISTIR 8228 and NIST SP 800-208, and develop secure technology integration plans through labs, case studies, and a capstone project. By the end of this course, students will be able to create comprehensive strategies to mitigate cybersecurity risks while leveraging technological advancements.
