Catalog description
This course is a corequisite laboratory experience to BIO-3300. The course provides students with practical knowledge of the fundamental principles and applications of microbiology. Students will conduct experiments that investigate the structure and function of the principal groups of microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, algae, protozoa, viruses, and rickettsiae). This is a 3-hour lab.
