Catalog description

This course introduces students to views about the world held by the nations of people who have lived on this continent long before the arrival of European colonizers. There are many such nations, and this course will identify some common themes among their views, as well as focus to some degree on the views of the six nations nearest our campus, the Haudenosaunee.
