Catalog description

This course introduces students to the foundational elements of marketing strategy by examining how organizations understand and respond to customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive forces. Students will apply these concepts to develop strategic marketing plans that define target audiences, articulate effective positioning, and integrate decisions around product, pricing, promotion, and distribution. Emphasis is placed on leveraging data and marketing analytics to inform decisions, identify opportunities, and evaluate performance. The course also explores the role of marketing in broader business management, preparing students to lead strategic initiatives across diverse organizational contexts.
