Catalog description

This capstone course is designed for MBA students to adopt the perspective of a CEO and examine the strategic management processes organizations use to create and sustain competitive advantage. Students will synthesize cross-functional knowledge-including accounting, finance, economics, marketing, human resources, and business ethics-and apply leading strategic management frameworks such as PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces, value chain analysis, and SWOT to analyze complex organizational problems, generate actionable solutions, and evaluate their effectiveness. Through real-world case studies, simulations, and team projects, students will practice strategic decision-making and leadership in diverse, global contexts. The course emphasizes ethical reasoning, innovation, and the ability to navigate change, preparing students to lead organizations in today's dynamic business environment
