Catalog description

This course provides a foundational understanding of corporate financial management, covering topics such as financial analysis, capital budgeting, risk and return, cost of capital, mergers and acquisitions, behavioral finance and financial strategy. Students will also explore how Artificial Intelligence (AI), including predictive analytics and machine learning, is transforming financial forecasting, investment evaluation, and risk management. Through lectures, case studies, and AI-enhanced applications, students develop the critical thinking skills needed to drive firm value and lead strategic financial decisions in a rapidly evolving business environment.
