This course provides an in-depth exploration of financial and managerial accounting principles, equipping business professionals with the analytical skills and leadership mindset necessary for strategic decision-making. The course emphasizes personal leadership in financial decisionmaking, encouraging students to develop critical thinking, ethical judgment, and effective communication skills when analyzing financial data. Students will learn to interpret financial statements, evaluate corporate disclosures, and assess financial performance using key metrics and ratios. To enhance leadership in financial strategy, students will leverage data-driven financial analysis and case simulations, improving their ability to forecast financial outcomes and communicate insights effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
