Catalog description
Studies human response to sustainably built environments and the effects these structures and places have on their inhabitants. Sustainable architecture, city planning, acessible design, and the response of the human psyche will be explored through a series of lectures, field trips, and direct exploration of different buildings and places. This course satisfies part of the Social Science and Policy concentration requirement in the Environmental Studies major, but it is open to students of any major.
