Catalog description

A course on writing criticism through contemporary movements in literary and cultural theory. The course will explore areas such as race, colonization, gender, sexuality, economics, affect theory, and digital humanities. The course will also explore the audience for criticism today ranging from general to academic. No prior specialization is necessary.
