Catalog description

This course focuses on the role and functions of the building principal in the development and implementation of a vision and mission, support, and management of staff; and community relations. Students examine fundamental processes and functions of educational management, including leadership styles, delegation, conflict resolution, problem solving, and planning. Attention is paid to the functions of power, authority, change, ethics, and leadership.
