Catalog description
A human-oriented introductory course for non-science majors. Emphasis will be placed on the biological role of cell organization and function integration of systems, inheritance of individual traits and the genetic basis of evolution. The laboratory will introduce a variety of hands-on investigational techniques used to study related problems at the cellular and organismal levels.
