Catalog description

This is the first of three in this didactic course series that focuses on the Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner role with application of advanced theoretical knowledge in assessment and management of health promotion, health maintenance, and disease prevention for the adult/geriatric population across the continuum. The assessment and management of common health concerns is introduced. Emphasis is placed on the primary care of adult/geriatric individuals and their families in a multicultural and holistic care environment. Prerequisite(s): NUR 7610 ; NUR 7560 ; NUR 7580
