Catalog description

This course is designed to provide students the applied skills necessary to deliver recreation programs in diverse settings. Attention is given to the design, planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs in applied settings. Several vital components of the planning process covered include assessing needs, marketing, risk management, evaluation, and staffing and supervision of recreation programs.
