Foundations and Methods of Research

Catalog description

This course emphasizes the search for truth and how the research process guides this search across disciplines. Students will identify and delineate research problems, review related literature, examine and evaluate qualitative and quantitative research designs, interpret appropriate forms of analysis, and apply best practices for reporting research findings.
