Catalog description

This course explores the relationship between religion and the environment, examining how various religious traditions engage with nature, environment, and ecological concerns. Students investigate how beliefs within religions shape approaches to the environment. This course uses case studies to explore historical and contemporary contexts. Through readings, case studies, and multimedia resources, students critically analyze religious worldviews and their relationship with ecological thinking.
