Leading Diversity and Inclusion

Catalog description

This course is designed to facilitate participant understanding and practice of effective relational and identity-centered leadership approaches. Inclusive leaders exhibit an openness to build authentic relationships across multiple dimensions of difference including generational, racial, ethnic and gender differences to accomplish mutual goals and foster inclusive settings. Participants will examine how their own experiences shape their ability to effectively lead diverse and globalized communities and organizations of today and the future.
