Catalog description

This is the initial course in the Preparing Future Faculty coursework series required of all doctoral students in the Ph.D degree programs within the School of Physical Education, Performance, and Sport Leadership. Students reflect on who they are as teachers, scholars, and service providers, explore roles and responsibilities within academia and beyond, and design plans to leverage doctoral study to work toward professional goals. Trends and current issues in higher education are investigated in relation to faculty roles.
